Suggested improvements
Sister and a few others brilliant at introducing themselves and planning for the shift. Some staff just walked in said what do you want and left. Maybe on surgical days a few more nurses to manage the post-op period being left sick and itching for over 2 hours was no fun - let alone observations. Improve consistency of care.
